Known for her eclectic styling, Allysha is a unique voice and eye in Indonesia’s fashion industry. Her work shines through simplicity and consideration, characterized by an unusual mix of texture, light, and colour—true to her last name. While her sources of inspiration include the diverse nature and culture of her native land, there is nothing exoticised in her portfolio.

Starting her career at L'Officiel Singapore, the Jakarta-based stylist and writer is well-versed in the editorial language: serious yet playful, cerebral yet intuitive. Her working process involves extensive research, experimentation, and often collaborating with conceptual fashion image makers. This dedication has naturally led her to an endeavour in education: she is a part-time lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore.

She has consistently contributed to various publications in the region, including international titles such as Harper’s Bazaar, Grazia, Tatler, Esquire, and Vulture Magazine, where she was a contributing editor. Locally, she has styled and written for The Jakarta Post, Dewi, and Manual Jakarta, among others. Her advertising clients have included global brands such as Nike, Oppo, Spotify, and Uniqlo. Contemporary Indonesian fashion houses, including Peggy Hartanto, Tangan, Patrick Owen, Studio 133 Biyan, have been clients.
